Terms & Conditions :
• Room Rates :
These double occupancy rates are net in Thai Baht, inclusive of breakfast ( only Dry and Peak seasons ) and government tax.
• 3 rd person Policy :
If a person over 4 years old requires an extra bed, there is a charge of 900 Baht during Green season ( breakfast not included ) and 1,100 Baht during Dry and Peak season ( breakfast included ).
• Child as 3rd person sharing existing bed :
If a child ages between 4 and 12 years old sharing bed with parents, there is a charge of 450 Baht during Green season ( breakfast not included ) and 550 Baht during Dry and Peak seasons ( breakfast included ). Under 4 years old sharing existing bed is free of charge. Baby cot service is also free of charge (available only to under 3 years old babies - subject to availability ).
• Payment :
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of total room charge is to be made upon reservation making. Balance is to be settled in full upon check - in.
• Amendment & fee :
Reservation could be amended without extra fee if done and agreed by the resort at least 14 days prior to original arrival date. Please note that the non-refundable deposit cannot be refunded.
Cancellation & No - show :
Any deposit and prepayment will not be refunded. Please note that by not arriving at the hotel on the day, unless the resort informed, will be classed as no - show.
• Early Departure & refund :
When the guest(s) is already at the resort and would like to depart early, the total refund is calculated as follow :
Unused night(s) balance - One night charge ( full-rate ) = Total refund.
Please note that the non-refundable deposit cannot be refunded.
• Late Arrival :
Unused night(s) will be charged and no refund will be given.
